United Technologies Ventures SRL ("UTV", "we") is the controller for personal data processed through the Grid Power X website, with its registered office at Bulevardul Pipera 1/I, Etaj 1, Birou 1, Voluntari, Ilfov, Romania.

When you submit the quote request form, we process the data fields you provide: name, company, work email, phone, project type, transformer type, power rating, quantity, voltage specifications, timeline, project location, and any message you include.

When you contact us by email, we process the contact information and the content of your communication.

Server logs may temporarily record IP address, user agent, and timestamps for the purpose of operating and securing the site.

We process form data to evaluate and respond to your transformer procurement request. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We retain communications for the period necessary to manage the engagement and to comply with legitimate business and accounting obligations.

Personal data is accessible to authorised UTV personnel involved in evaluating the request. Limited categories of data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting as processors: our hosting provider (Netlify), our form notification email service, and any subcontractor formally engaged on the project.

None of these providers transfer data outside the EU/EEA without an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
